Needlebone (@needlebone) is the creative Practice of Karalyn Wysocki: an artist, textile designer, patternmaker and seamstress living in WNC. Her offerings include art and clothing handmade with care and intention. The work is inspired by plants and the natural world, the act of noticing, slowing down, resilience and memory. Needlebone aims to keep making as a way to bring beauty into the world, and as a means of learning, deepening her connection with herself and her grandmothers who came before her and taught her so much of what she knows about making something from scratch.
